    It looks great. The installation was fairly easy. The performance is terrible. I'm constantly getting an Error Message (E3) with a constant beeping sound even when the unit is off. Trying to speak to someone in customer service is impossible. The only communication is via email. It's been six months and I still have the same problem. We've done everything they suggested from resetting the power to limiting the power. Such a disappointment and a waste of money.

    This is an excellent stove! It heats up food and water very quickly! Installation was also easy! It definitely transformed our kitchen that had a regular range before. You can't beat this price!

    The temperature control is great but the unit turns itself off without the surface buttons not being touched.This is very irritating and I would not purchase again.
