    A beautiful soaker tub that exceeded our expectations. Install was a bit tricky because our drainage pipes were fixed and we didn't want to pay exorbitant plumbers fees. Also much harder to level than you might think Husband is all round handyman and was able to do all the work

    My kids and I really enjoy the Empava tub. Although it's not a true Japanese Soaking tub... those really don't have jets and they don't have seats in them. They are generally deep so that you can sit submerged in the water. If you sit in the empava your upper body is above the water. However, my kids and I can fit in the bottom of the tub so that we can be submerged so it doesn't really bother us. The jets are an added fun for the kids. I tend to just sit and soak. Personal preference. It's a nice tub and at a great price. Customer Service is generally quick to respond if you have questions, even before you buy!

    This was the 5th brand of tub & 4th distributor we purchased that finally arrived unbroken. This tub is gorgeous & comfy...lots of room. Our install was a little difficult because we have concrete floors with expo so there wasn't space under the floor to run the drain through. Our plumber hooked it up & we haven't had any issues.

    The installation had no surprises. This is my only experience with a walk-in tub, and this is the lowest-priced tub anywhere that I've seen. I found nothing cheap about it. It feels like a premium product. For instance, the flat panel water spigot is a nice and not obvious touch. When drying off, stand up in the tub with the door closed and let the high tub walls protect you from falling. When you put a foot up on the seat the flat panel water spigot will not stick you in the back.
