    Great product! We replaced our GE cooktop as the burners topped working.This one has 5 burners instead of 4 for 40% less than our GE cooktop.We love the central burner and other smaller ones around it.It shows that Italian designers know how to cook! Very user friendly and really easy to install if you are a handy man. Important is that you use the yellow sealing tape for the gas line (not the site one) This tape costs about $3.- Also the installation is better as it uses 4 clamps iron the bottom that easily can be positioned. This give the cooktop great stability. So I highly recommend this product.

    Easy installation, I had to use a gas fitting from the old cooktop, but it was fine. All burners lit immediately. The large burner is perfect for big cast iron skillets or griddles. The ignition is consistent each time. The plastic knobs seem cheap but it also seems like they're easily replaced.

    I chose this cooktop because 1: the well-known brands were way too expensive (plus out of stock anyway) and 2: the reviews were encouraging. I'm glad I trusted those reviews.There's nothing all that rocket-science-y about a gas cooktop, so those fancy name brands are just making thousands in profit on their names.This cooktop is great. Love the big burner in the middle. It installed easily, too.

    I almost didn’t buy it because of the bad reviews, but so far I’m happy with this cook top. Easy to install, everything works and for the price, you cannot go wrong. It’s only been about a week since I’ve had it and so far it’s working great. The only thing I had a problem with is the foot steps on the packaging box, it seems as someone was stepping on it which cause some concerns before opening the box.

    I am a 23 year master plumber, and install gas lines and ranges all the time. I bought this for my own house because is was just too good a deal to pass up.(similar units were $900+ even at my wholesalers)I took a chance figuring this would probably be a disappointment, but, to my pleasant surprise, we have been very pleased with it!Certainly not as sturdy as a Wolf, or LaCorneau, but, looks great, and works great!I would recommend it for sure!

    Cook top came packaged up nicely, no missing pieces. I removed the panel to adjust the airflow because how it comes it seemed a bit too high initially. But after doing that it’s perfect. I read someone says it didn’t need the regulator for NG.. I don’t think that’s correct and will probably lead to it blowing up, so don’t try that.. all in all I’m happy about the purchase.

    Empava knocks it out of the park with this. My parents have a cooktop 3x the cost of this one and they hate it and want to replace theirs with this empava after using mine!Update: After two years of A LOT of use (I cook on it at least once a day) and a lot of complements from visiting friends and family...I would still buy this thing again in a heart beat. Best cooktop I've ever owned.Also very important, it's super easy to clean.

    What a bang for your buck. Super nice finish easy to install comes with directions that anyone could understand. One of the perks that came with the stove was the option to change out burner tips. Comes with 3 different gas line hook ups and they are labeled 1,2,3 with a description of which is which. All so came with a gas regulator. Only thing you’ll need to buy is gas teflon tape and an adjustable ranch to disconnect the gas lines. Be sure to turn off gas before dismantling your cook top.

    Installation is a piece of cake and it looks lovely. I was a bit concerned when I read other reviews that you can’t turn down to low simmer but you can - there are 5 different burners and the left burners turn low. Just take some time and figure out how to use it and you’ll be thrilled with it.
