This stove is a great value for the price. I love the design, and would definitely buy it again. You have to hold the gas knob down slightly longer than expected to keep the flame on but that may be a safety feature. Not sure.Customer service when i had questions was effficient and coutreous.

I was having installation problems and fire not light on at beginning. Luckily their office nearby. Thanks Jerry demonstrated installation whole process to me.Used this cooktop for over a month. No problem so far and easy clean. Loved it.
