It arrived damaged however, the seller helped me get in touch with Forno who shipped the pay and reimbursed me for the cost to have it installed. The stove is beautiful and works amazing. I wish the lights above the knobs were a different color, the red makes it hard to see at a glance if any burners are on since the knobs also light up red.Don't trust the book for the countertop cutout dimensions, unbox the cooktop and make your own measurements.

This appliance is absolutely gorgeous. I compared this to all the top brands including Wolf, Thermador, Dacor, Viking etc. and this blew them all away. The burners are incredible, all doubles and super high powered. It used to take me 12 minutes to boil water and now it's under 4! The grates are super high quality and really heavy. Comes without the Forno logo off it which is nice. I left it un-installed. The only con for me is that the griddle sits on top of the burners and Forno does not offer a built in one.

We updated our kitchen early 2023 and chose this rangetop because it was competitively priced, burners aree all the same with a range of output, and available in 30". It's been cooked on almost everyday for over a year and we love the versatility of being able use whatever burner we want for whatever size pot/pan unlike other brands that have different size burners which force you to use certain burners per scenario. This sucker is heavy and the stainless steel feels quality thick with big heavy duty grates. We already have a decent amount of scratches on the steel but that will happen with daily use.I also want to mention the customer service before I bought. Someone from Forno set up a web call with me to demo the range top and answered any questions I had real time! I don't think many companies would do that. I haven't had to use customer service since we've started using so I can't comment on that.A couple gripes (reason for 4 star instead of 5): First is the simmer setting. It's more like a low boil. Forno needs to tame down the flame on simmer so you can actually simmer. I did finally find a work around for a lower simmer flame. When you light the burner the nob setting starts at high makes its way to medium, low, and simmer the further you turn it. If after you light the burner, you go turn the knob back toward off, just before if starts clicking (clicks to light the gas) you can get a low flame which is actually low enough to simmer.Second gripe is the red LED "ambient" lights. They are bright and obnoxious. My wife hates them so luckily there's a button to turn them off. A dim warm white or blue would have been a better choice.Overall great range top and if we had to do it over we'd buy It again.
